princess venus from sailor moon

her dress was influenced by the official picture(the one with all the scouts in their princess dress') and another picture that a DA artist drew with venus with her back towards us. if anyone can tell me who drew that it would be greatly appreciated because i stole the orange of the dress from her >.<

Wow! Her hair flying around everywhere looks amazing. The coloring could use some work (just smoothing it out...) but the design is beautiful!
